I am Alen, the founder of Eating. It's an honor for you to open our website and see here. Below are some of my inner thoughts.
More than twenty years ago, I was born in Zhejiang, the biggest beneficiary of China's reform and opening up, a province filled with factories and small workshops. As a member of the second generation of thousands of factories, I also began my simple life. When COVID-19 came when I graduated from college, I chose to stay in Hangzhou rather than go home to inherit the factory. I was also lucky to join the Alibaba Group. In two and a half years of career, I got all the honors I deserved. When I saw my family's gray hair, I knew I should leave. So I created Eating and displayed our factory's products in the form of online sales on Alibaba.com, the website where I used to work.
